See the attached list for Photoshop, Final Cut, SPSS, and more.

Student ID Cards

Students must have a valid and current Student ID card to check out a laptop.

Student ID Cards with photos on them can be used to check out laptops.  In this case, it is not necessary to have an additional photo ID like a driver's license to check out laptops.

Student ID Cards without photos require an additional official photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID) to check out a laptop. A smartphone image of a driver's license or state ID is acceptable as a photo ID, along with the Student ID Card.

Equipment Lending Agreement

Equipment Agreements are a thing of the past!
Notice the new yellow stickers on the library laptops. We are no longer filling out agreements and entering them into the system, this includes all equipment, calculators, etc.

UBC and LBC will continue to follow the remote photo ID process if a student wishes to not submit their own photo; please remember to update the spreadsheets accordingly.

Student Printing Information

Students requiring additional printing quota at no cost may request a quota increase.
