EBSCOhost is a collection of databases. I recommend 3 as good possibilities for your topics: Academic Search Elite (all subject areas), CINAHL with Full Text (topics in health and medicine), and Health Source (also health and medicine). Remember to limit your search to full-text articles.

PsycARTICLES
The advantages of this database are: everything is on psychology topics, everything is peer-reviewed, and everything is full-text.

There are a few psychology journals on this site as well, but it's mostly for the DSM-IV-TR, the American Psychiatric Association's reference book on mental disorders.

Search for quality websites using ipl2.
Limit your web search to US government websites using Google Advanced Search (limit to domain .gov).
