Welcome! (video)

Welcome! (text)

Welcome to your Research Project guide!  I'm your librarian for the course, and I've put this guide together so you'll have all of the online tools you'll need for your research and presentation in one place.

Have a look at the tabs at the top of this Home page.  Click on them to go to recommended library resources, database tutorials,  information about online presentation tools and video production, places to go for permission-free media, and advice on creating lists of works cited for media materials.

I've got a discussion in Canvas for research and media questions, so don't be shy about posting any questions you have.  And be sure to visit MInDSpace in the Newtown campus library.  MInDSpace has all of the hardware and software you'll need for your presentation, and people to help you through it.

Have fun, and good luck!

Bill Hemmig,
Online Learning Librarian
