Help Desk and Services Center - Students: Passwords

OneLogin allows students to be in control of their passwords.  Passwords are set to expire every 180 days.  If you have forgotten your password, open OneLogin, click Forgot Password and enter your Bucks email address. An email will be sent to your personal email address on file.

New passwords must meet the following criteria:

• at least 8 characters
• at least one upper case letter
• at least one lower case letter
• at least one number
• at least one special character
• no more than 128 characters
• cannot contain any identifying information like parts of your name
