Students can place Holds on items by signing in to their library account.
- This will work for having items sent from one campus to another campus (e.g.: Newtown to Bristol), as well as placing items on the hold shelf at Newtown (i.e.: a student wants to ensure the item will be there when they arrive).

Staff can process holds and transfer of items between campuses.
- The basic work flow to check for holds to pull in the morning is different. Rather than checking the reference desk email for a pull list, you go into the WMS Staff UI > Circulation > Reports > Pull List
- The basic process to send or receive items in transit, on hold, from a patron, etc., is to scan the barcode into "Check In" and follow any prompts on screen.
