Hello students! I'm writing to you to put in a good word for books. While most of your resources will probably be scholarly journal articles, you can still find good, quality information from printed and online books. I understand that you are taking an online class and may not visit the Bucks Library often, but you can get books through your local public library. Check their online catalog to see what they can offer, and if you come up empty, ask a librarian about Interlibrary Loan. Libraries can borrow books for you if you know the title and author. Most libraries offer this service for little or no fee.
If you do visit the Bucks Library, you can search for books using the widget at the top of the left column. My suggestion for finding books about an author's work is to type the author's name and the word criticism. Always type the last name first. In other words, the search box will look like this: “O'Connor, Flannery AND criticism”.
Remember the Bucks librarians are happy to help you with your book searches and interlibrary loans.
